Reception is available 6 days a week (in June, July and August, also on Sundays) from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00 for any requirement and to provide information about Loano and to give advice on places to visit in the nearby area.
The staff speak English, German, French and Spanish.
